In 2022, we launched the first edition of our special Women in Travel magazine. This digital magazine celebrates the achievements of 12 diverse women who contribute to the global travel industry, with interviews and feature articles. We profiled a real cross-section of female representatives – from CEOs to grassroots workers, technology innovators, and some of our own Trip.com Group employees, with so many interesting and thought-provoking insights to share.

In this diverse world, we celebrate the uniqueness of every woman, for each one holds within her a story waiting to be told. From different backgrounds and experiences, women bring forth a tapestry of perspectives that enrich our lives. For International Women’s Day 2023, we took a trip across six cities worldwide to meet six extraordinary women at the Trip.com Group. Speaking from Tokyo, London, Shanghai, Seoul, Singapore, and Edinburgh, these women share how they see their lives at the company, what makes them proud as women, and what are their future goals.

In 2024, we published a second edition of our Women in Travel magazine, themed “Discover Her Journey.” This year’s issue is a celebration of the diverse and inspiring journeys undertaken by women throughout the global travel industry, and we’ve featured a group of 14 extraordinary women in aviation, hospitality, tourism organisations and more, each one making waves in her own right, as well as supporting other women to succeed.
