Today, women make up more than half of Trip.com Group employees, far exceeding the average for tech companies. Importantly, women hold 43% of mid-level management positions, while accounting for nearly one-third of management roles at the vice president level and above.

We have provided collective contracts to the vast majority of our employees in Shanghai, which account for more than 40% of the total employees of the Trip.com Group and Trip.com brands.
Flexible Working
We are pioneers in hybrid working arrangements, with a hybrid work policy implemented in 2022, which gives employees the option of working remotely two days a week. The policy has been embraced by two-thirds of our global workforce and is especially popular both among employees with children, and for employees under the age of 25. The policy has saved employees over 300,000 hours in commuting time, and given them an extra 100 hours of sleep annually.
Trip.com Growth Academy
We are committed to talent cultivation and team building, helping employees to develop themselves professionally and cultivate their leadership skills. Our Trip Growth Academy platform provides more than 35,000 online and offline courses, led by leading professionals and academics. We offer training courses for employees at all stages of their career paths, with educational resources available in 32 countries and 155 cities, including 300+ courses in English for our overseas employees.
